How do I Schedule a Background Check Appointment and get my results?

Background Checks for Peer Specialist Initial Applications is done through the company IdentoGO. Here is a guide on how to do this.

Scheduling an appointment: 

1. You will go ONLINE to schedule an FBI Background Check at IdentoGo.com. If you have completed a background check with IdentoGO in the past you will need to call them to make your appointment. Their phone number is 877-783-4187.
2. You will need to schedule a ‘Service Code 111VVQ - Retail Services FBI - Identity History Check - Personal Review’.
3. You will be asked for your zip code. Pick your nearest IdentoGo office.
4. Check your email for a  a confirmation email with your UE ID number and appointment information.

Retrieving your Results

The receipt you recieve after completing your appointment has instructions on how to check your resuts, so make sure to hang on to it. If you don't have your reciept, you can request them through this page on the IndentoGo website.

Once you have completed your IdentoGO appointment you will receive the results of your background check within 24-48 hours (most of the time it is within 2-6 hours). Your results will come from an email called “nobody@uemail.identogo.com”.
